BestPicksAUS runs bestpicksaus.com. For anything to do with your personal information — a copy, a correction, a deletion or a complaint — email hello@bestpicksaus.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Your bag, saved items, any discount code you enter and your cookie choice are kept in your own browser’s local storage on your device. They are not sent to us and we cannot read them; clearing your browser’s site data removes them. This site has no customer accounts, no passwords and no advertising networks.

This site does not take payment and never asks for card or bank details.
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no data brokers.
Only the service providers needed to get an order to you, and only what each one needs: the delivery carrier (name, address, phone if given), our email provider (your email address) and our hosting provider (server logs including IP addresses, kept for 30 days). Some of these providers may store information outside Australia; we only use providers that protect it to a standard comparable with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@bestpicksaus.com; we reply within 30 days and usually much sooner.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes too.
